Brine block ice machine model list

Brine block ice is an unfailing traditional ice making process.

Block ice produced by brine block ice machine is close-grained, hard, difficult to melt, and easy to store and transport. Decades of production practice has proved that in the ice industry brine ice is difficult to replace by other ice-making process.

Block ice specifications: 10kg, 15kg, 20kg, 25kg, 50kg, 75kg, 100kg, 125kg.

Low temperature water chiller can provide a -20℃ brine into the ice tank. The vertical mixers fitted at both ends of the ice pool make brine flow through the ice bucket gap at high speed by mixing brine to improve the heat transfer efficiency.

After the end of the ice making cycle, the ice bucket will be transferred to the ice melting pool to doff ice. And then turn over the ice bucket to slide block ice out.

Transparent ice can be made by ruling out the dissolved air in water in the ice forming process.
